Lately with all 3 kids I trifold it, lay it in the cover (usually Prorap) and then put it under their butt and do it that way.
Dom walks, Lola crawls and Nova rolls a lot and the pfs never move, LOL

I've been using a trifolded pf laid in and stuffed under the front flap of the BSWW (yeah, I know they say not to, but it works for us) since DD was 1 week old. I don't own any snappis, and only use pins when she's going coverless. I can't remember any blowouts when she was EBF, and now that she's on solids, we still don't have any trouble unless there's a stomach virus in the house. I do have to make sure DH hasn't left any part of the pf hanging out of the wrap, but other than that, it's really that simple for us.
