Diaper Swappers

My PM box was getting full, so I was cleaning it out. Without thinking, I was checking the ones I wanted to save and unchecking the ones I wanted to delete, so when I hit delete, I lost all the ones I wanted to keep!

I had a few really important ones in there. Is there anything I can do to get them back?
