How much for a sick kiddo? Do you give SA when they are healthy or just when ill? We're new to SA, but better late than never.

Well, I don't have a clue about the dosage for a child, but DH tends to only take extra doses when he's sick. The thing about Vitamin C is that your body can only absorb a certain amount of it. Past that amount, you're just going to "eliminate" it, if you know what I mean.

Most other vitamins & minerals aren't like that. Vit C is one of the few that you can't really "stock up" on.
