Breastshield Sizing?

I have a Medela Pump In Style. The shields that came with are too small- I need bigger ones. Is there a way to know which size to order or do is it just trial and error?

Found some info on shields sizing HERE:
http://www.mybreastpump.com/Medelapumpinstylepage.html

It gives the measurements of all the sizes...personally I would measure the shields it came with to determine what size THEY are, and then just go up one size from there to start with. There is a warning there about going too big.
