Amazingly good buttermilk biscuit recipe that doesn't use shortening! I ate almost all of them myself and my boyfriend is requesting that I make more with some sort of sausage gravy. I'll have to double the recipe. heheheheh.

how about drinking it....add a spoonful of sugar, stir well and enjoy. It has to be good and cold....am so thirsty for it now. Wish I'd picked some up grocery shopping this afternoon!

Fried chicken, biscuits, or my personal fave blueberry muffins with pecan topping! Buttermilk is not for lowfat cooking
