I would leave the dispute open. Tell her what you want to - tell her you are leaving it open as you have been burned recently and just cannot afford to lose anymore. Forget to respond to her as she has you till you get a DC through PP. Either way, do not, do not, do not take off your claim till your item is in your hands. You want to be prepared in case she does not send it, or it gets lost in the mail. Crap - with her luck (lies, whatever it is) it will get lost!

Keep the dispute open until you've received the item, IMO. Either seh has the worst luck EVER or she's telling lies.

Thanks mamas,
I agree. I just wasn't sure if I was being unreasonable or if it would cause problems leaving the claim open. Sounds like I'm okay on both accounts- I have let her know that Im doing that. . . we'll see if I get my pants next week! (keep your fingers crossed for me!)

I agree with the others, there is no way I would cancel the claim now and I wouldnt even mention the refund to her until you have the items in hand, at that point I would decide if I would be willing to take the discount or not.
