I don't know if there is another way but I simply go the top of the page and up top I'd click the "search" button. Go there and click advanced search. You'll then see an area on the right to type in a user name. Just type yours in and hit search. All posts that you've started or posted in will show up.

you can also go to quick links on the purple bar (where new posts are) and under there go to profile (i think) then you can get your posts and threads that you ahve started.

Also, if you go to your User CP and subscriptions, you can set it to subscribe to all posts (you can do no email notification). Then when you click on User CP, you'll see any threads you've posted to with new replies.
