Worried about stink

I am new to cding. I washed my daughters pocket diapers BG and RArooz today and they came out of the wash still smelling like her poop. I used a cold prewash, hot wash, and cold rinse. I use country save detergent and dont use much like 1/8 cup. I am washing them again in a full cycle on hot so I will see. I have only been using them a week. What should I do.

Yup! More detergent and if that doesn't work, switch to something a little stronger.
