Suggestions for lunch?
Our pantry is pretty bare right now, and my boyfriend has the car. Trying to figure out what to do for lunch. I have some elbow macaroni, a can of tomato sauce, and some monteray jack cheese. Well, I have some other stuff, but I'm contemplating those three ingredients. I just had a huge pot of spaghetti last week, so I want something different, and I don't want macaroni and cheese.
Any suggestions?

If you have any broth in the house you could make a tomato macaroni soup! !1st thing that popped onto my mind!

Re: Suggestions for lunch?
Do you have any Rotel tomatoes? I like to make noodles and mix the sauce and rotel tomatoes in with the noodles, put it in a casserole dish with Italian blend cheese on top and bake it for about 15 minutes. YUM.
