I have it bad...might sound funny but I got it after my first "M/C" and it just never went away and with each pregnancy it got worse. This pregnancy it hit a huge high and they had to do something. In Germany they believe in natural methods...I was told take hot baths daily, bright colors in my home and around/on me, take a vitamin a day, no junk food, and I was sent to see a therapist. The doctors on post don't agree but honestly it has helped me some, I still have it but not so much...I am not sure what is save while BFing though, I know I was told no meds while pregnant because of my risk factor. I hope you get better, I know how hard this can be. Just remember to make everything "happy" so to speak around you...use the sunlight instead of lights and stuff. I hope you get the answers you need and get something to help you.
