What Is Nourishing Traditions?

I've read a lot in some recent posts about Nourishing Traditions. Can someone enlighten me as to what this is?

Re: What Is Nourishing Traditions?

It is a book by Sally Fallon that talks about eating real foods (not processed)--including raw dairy, sprouted grains, fermented things (dairy, veggies, etc. like kefir) to simply be healthy.
It's subtitle is "The Cookbook that Challenges Politically Correct Nutrition and the Diet Dictocrats"

Nearly done with sad.
