Hey Knitters! What do you think of this pattern?

I want to make them but it says you need a skein of 270 yards but I only have a skein of 250 yards. Think I can do it? I could just make them a hair shorter, right?

I would just make them shorter myself and make them at the same time so that you have enough yarn for both.

I would agree with you! You may even get them the same length if your gauge is off by just a bit.

THose are so cool! and yep you can totally do it! Of course you must show us the finished project now that you tempted with the pattern...

I think it would work fine, like other people said, you may even get them the same length but work them at the same time to make sure. The person with the pattern may have just stated the yardage from skein totals even if it took them a little less.

Great, thanks everyone! I'm glad you girls pointed out to knit them at the same time to make sure they are the same length. I wouldn't have thought of it.
