We're looking to upgrade our bath towels and would like to hear some recommendations for nice ones. I was going to wait until tax time, but with all of the Black Friday deals I think I'm convinced to pick them up a few months early.

So...I'd prefer to go to a B&M store so that I can touch and feel them before I buy. Kohl's, Sears, JcPenny, Shopko, Kmart, Walmart, etc etc - where are yours from that you love?

I love the towels I've had from Lands End. No idea if they are doing black friday deal, but the overstocks section on line usually has towels.

Well, while I was out and about shopping, I checked out the towels on sale at Kohls, Walmart, Sears, and JCPenny and wasn't impressed with any of them. They're all soft, but really thin compared to what we have now.

We got our squishy soft towels from Walmart back in 2005. They're 100% Egyptian cotton and they don't carry that brand anymore (Springmaid). None of the ones I looked at today were anything other than cotton or cotton/polyester blend.

I absolutely love the Better Homes and Gardens towles from Walmart they are so thick and plushy and really big too!! They are going to have some on sale on Black friday but that is today and I am just now seeing this so they are probably all gone now.

vera wang bamboo microfiber mix towels = 9.99 = 30% off for kohls members. very soft, very absorbent, very thick & luxurious~!! we bought one 2 weeks ago & will be getting 3 more (as christmas gifts for ourselves!).
