what to do with bamboo interlock?

I found a bunch of 100% bamboo interlock in red tag at Joannes and bought it up Now, what do i do with it. I am new to the diaper sewing, I used the RRP for a few pockets and working on some of my own creations. Is this a good absorbant layer, or better for the outsides of a dipe? Any tips or ideas would be greatly appreciated!!
