Re: more zorb questions...

Ya, I don't like it either but it IS interesting to see how well it works for some kiddos. Maybe I'll give it a try again. This will be like the 4th chance I've given it but I keep thinking that maybe as my son gets older his peeing habits will change and they'll suddenly workHey, it could happen

Even when I sandwhich it between 2 layers bamboo fleece I have this problem.
hm, her entire inserts were definitely soaked...even to the back and she's a tummy sleeper

well let us know what you find out!

i made some inserts to mock the bg ones and just tested them out with water and the microfiber was able to suck up 1 2/3 cups of water but the zorb ones soaked up the entire 2 cups! they're in the dryer now and i think i'm going to give them a try tonight...i seriously hope dd doesn't wake up with wet sheets tonight though

It seems to me that your dd is a heavy wetter. Mine is only a heavy wetter at times..Usually in the morning after her cup of milk and then maybe in the afternoon if she has more milk.

One thing I did to help my serger along was make a tri-fold. I use 2-3 layers of flannel...I sew the zorb in the center a little shorter then the length of my tri-fold. I serge the edges. Then I sew two line on either side of the zorb center.

I tri-fold and use it as either inserts in pockets or prefolds in covers. I make mine the size of the GMD Reds.
