I had a Wal-mart sweater shaver. It's a Windmere. I hated it. It took forever and wasn't very good.

One time I used my DH's electric razor (you know the part that shaves the back of their neck.) It worked great, but now he it doesn't work for him.

So I saw a while back that another mama got an Oreck shaver. I couldn't stand mine, so I took the plunge.

It's the best thing EVER!

It's $19.95 (and I actually ordered mine with free shipping, but it's saying it has shipping now.

Anyway Here it is.

It takes batteries and has a power cord. I've never even loaded batteries into mine.

My old one, my dd cut herself on it (but putting it up to her lip.

) But this one, you can't hurt yourself at all.

I was intimidated by the size. It's about 8" long. But it has a very powerful, yet quiet motor. It shaves so close and quick. My wool looks amazing.
