Laura, I don't see why not. I did aerobics with each pregnancy. The only difference is zumba is dancing. Much more fun than my usual aerobics class.

As your belly got bigger you would just have to modify the moves a little....which is normal.

If you haven't been exercising its not something I would just start being pregnant, kwim.
