My Mood:

We went to my DD's 2yr check up today, and I brought up my concern about her "pigeon toeing"...where her feet kind of turn inward when she stands and walks. I guess it's called "intoeing" technically.

Anyway, come to discover that her left leg is *slightly* longer than her right, which may be part of the problem. Or not related at all...hard to tell.

Has anyone had a child with this problem? We've been referred to a podiatrist, but they can't see us until the end of May, so... I've thought about taking her to a chiropractor to see if they can help.

Any ideas? Is this something they grow out of? Are we looking at splints or anything in the future?

Any suggestions/experiences would be helpful. Thanks!
Mommy to T (9/02) , E (3/05), and S (7/08).
