I'd go to the pedi just in case. Uneven legs and fat rolls can be a sign of hip problems. It is probably nothing but I'd still have it checked out.

I'd probably have it checked out just to be on the safe side. It's probably just her dominant leg and has more developed muscle uderneath or something

I would probably call and ask...

But my left leg is smaller than my right leg... I think that I do favor it because it has had knee surgery and stuff on it so I would want to make sure that it wasn't anything like that..

Is it getting bigger or staying the same? When you press it slightly does it stay endented? When is her next baby check? Has she been sick ie strept recently? Take her in to find out what it is you have got me so curious!

i would call just in case.

BUT, that being said, we're not all symmetrically even. Our ears aren't the same size, our arms aren't the same size...not even our eyes are the same size or evenly spaced, kwim? ...
