DH has decided that he wants to fry our turkey for Christmas with the fryer we were given last year. Any tips or advice?

My advise... keep a fire extingusher handy for Daddy and Mama...don't look!

Read the directions very carefully. Then follow exactly what it says to do. It takes several hours for the oil to heat to correct temp. so plan for that.

Fried turkeys are delicious. Definitely use peanut oil.
