I was wondering the same thing! Any info would be great, I haven't spent enough time on the site to read up on everything yet!

It is a way for other members to offer an item up for "grabs" to numerous people at one time. You enter if you meet their qualifications (every lotto is different) and they pick randomly or have someone in their family choose etc who the winner is. They contact you if you are the winner most of the time, and give you their paypal address. Then you must pay the shipping for the item you won. Lottos will specify the shipping costs and if they don't you should ask before entering. Some lottos are totally free which means if you win they will just send you the item and you dont' even have to pay shipping!
