Question about post ovulatory temps...
I recently miscarried a baby and I noticed even before I was more than just days pregnant that my temps were very low. Usually my BBT will not drop below 98 if I am pregnant, but it did this time.
I just ovulated about 6 days or so ago and my temps are again very low. I'm wondering why and if it means I will likely miscarry again if I am pregnant possibly. Is there anything I can do to correct it. This was my 5th miscarriage over the years, but I've never known this to happen. Aileen

Re: Question about post ovulatory temps...
I think low temps would have to do with a lack of progesterone as that's what makes that temp spike. I'm ss for your losses mama
You could try progesterone cream or perhaps B6 to help but I'll let other mamas with more experience chime in.

Re: Question about post ovulatory temps...
Thanks for taking the time to respond. I was wondering about that. I've had that problem before. It is why I miscarried the first three times I know. And I suspected it might be the reason this time as well.
Aileen

Re: Question about post ovulatory temps...
I'm new to all of this. What does temp v mean?
BFP? bfns? Sorry! LOL Also are you taking progesterone full time or just after ovulation until AF, if you don't mind me asking. I'm not on it and thinking I need to be. Aileen

I hope we both have better news soon. I sure wish I knew what to do to fix this or even what caused it. Are you taking oral progesterone? Aileen
