Rice Krispie Treats w/o marshmallows???

I am trying to find a recipe for rice krispie treats only with out using marshmallows. I have come across some that talk about using corn syrup, which I would use agave nectar but it doesnt say how much anywhere. Can any mamas out there give me any ideas???

We do a cereal bar cookie that calls for 1 c corn syrup, 1 cup sugar, 1 c peanut butter, but then you add corn flakes. I would be surprised if you couldn't sub rice krispies. You have to heat the sugar and corn syrup before adding the peanut butter.

lol thanks for posting it though or I would have never found it. I've been dying for rice krispie treats for years, but I don't eat marshmallows. The vegan ones are hard to find.
