Cycle Temps?

I know nothing about fertility awareness outside of knowing what day I ovulate

I keep seeing the charts on here and was wondering what temps are normal for each day/phase of a cycle.

Today *should* be the day I O( I say should bc I have no signs which is odd for me). My temp yesterday was 99.2 and today is 99.1 My normal temp is 98.7.

My cycles are oober regular and are only late/off when Im pregnant. So I know myself pretty well in that aspect.

So long question short, what are the normal ups and downs temp-wise throughout a cycle?

Re: Cycle Temps?

Are you using your normal daytime temp? For charting you would use your very first in the am before you even get out of bed temp I have a thermomter right on my nightstand and it is the first thing we do every am You can follow your pre and post O temps by taking that every am.
