Diaper Swappers

I logged on this AM here and to my Gmail....got a prompt here asking me if I "wanted to navigate away from my current page"??????

I did (had no choice) and now I have a virus that isn't allowing me to access certain sites...some of my programs are disabled and my desktop is gone. I have screenshots saved but can't access my PB to upload them.

I'm currently trying to clean up my PC w/out throwing it out the window!!!!
The program that was installed (not my AV program) is Antivirus 2010.

I've never gotten one from here!!! What is going on?

ETA:
The page is constantly reloading too?

I got this prompt too many times. I push Ctrl, Alt, Delete and end task. I did click it a couple of times, but nothing happened to my computer that I am aware of. I did get a block a few times as well from my Antivirus software.

I got rid of it by downloading and using the free Avast! antivirus program. It took ALL day though.

i also fell to this... total bummer.... im in love with diaperswappers, but im really affraid of killing my computer...

I've had a similar experience, I kept getting prompted to let something scan for viruses but I pull up my Norton and it takes off the product that says its "scanning"!

i got that message too "scanning computer for virus infection" and just kept "x"ing out of it... now, my pc is just slow & im working on cleaning it up... though i dont seem to have the full infection, cuz i can still acess most programs & internet... uggg!!!!!

I have gotten everything pp's have mentioned but Norton has taken care of it, I hope-it's very annoying!
