i love allrecipes.com to find good recipes -- just use their "ingredient search" button and type in what you want to use! i've found some very tasty recipes using quinoa there ... good luck!

Re: Recipes for whole grains (barely, millet, kasha etc)

I have a recipe for a main-dish meal with kasha and orzo (you could use whole-wheat orzo, probably?) It is not from a website, though - it's from one of my Moosewood cookbooks. Do you have any of those? I used to go there all the time when I lived in Ithaca.

Nak'ing now so can't access my recipe, but let me know if you want it. It's also got mushrooms, onions, an egg, and is served with toasted walnuts and sour cream on top. (Just to give you an idea if you think your family would like it!)

Try www.recipezaar.com
I haven't looked for whole grains in particular, but that site has TONS of recipes with reviews.
