SW MN Momma in Need- Ideas?

An online friend of mine is in Pipestone, MN. She has a 3y/o and a 6y/o, and their rental property caught fire last night, and they are completely without. The Red Cross has put them up in a motel for 4 nights, but after that, they don't know what they are going to do.

Does anyone know of any local resources that could help them out? I think they've already looked into LDS and local churches, but have not had much luck.

They also need a reccomendation for a lawyer in the area (problems with the landlord).
