Freezer emergency - help!

My freezer was left slightly open all night and all the meat in there is thawed or thawing. What's the rule with frozen meat? The big chunks of meat - chicken breasts, pork shoulder, whole chicken - are still pretty solid so I'm not too worried about them, but there are two ground beef chubs that feel about half-way thawed and a package of ground turkey is all swollen with air so I can't tell if it's thawed or not. There are two packs of hot dogs in there that seem completely thawed, do I need to take them out? Help please, what should I do?

I think you shoud have hotdogs for dinner tonight. Freezing and refreezing isn't healthy.

Yep I agree. I would cook the chicken, if you want you could then freeze what you made with it.
