you can add wheat germ to her yogurt. and cereal, if she eats that. sprinkle it on ice cream, add to applesauce and oatmeal (if she eats those things, of course).

you can make her yogurt smoothies with lots of fruit.

Also, If you can get her to eat oatmeal or cream of wheat it might help. DD likes the maple brown sugar instant cream of wheat and i actually mix some cream cheese in with it after it is done in the microwave(helps to cool it off too).

My picky eater of a 2 year old oddly gobbled up my homemade wheat bread. She took the cheese off the bread, set the cheese aside and ate just the bread. I used flax seed meal in it too so it's got some extra good stuffs. And some oatmeal flaxseed cookies (sweetened with honey and maple syrup) were very popular with her too.

my doc said any fruit starting with P was good - pineapples, plums, prunes, pears, peaches

My dd will still eat the baby food prunes if I call it pudding
