Oh yeah, use a GLASS JAR. LOL. Not plastic. Also, I think you're supposed to be like 24 weeks or so. I never tried it earlier.

I was ~18wks when I did it. Intelligender really suggests that you be at least 16 for more accurate results. Supposedly the farther along the better even though they say you can do as early as 10 wks. And I used the color guide that they have for interpretation.
