Diagnosis: Luteal phase defect, low progesterone
Treatment and meds: Tried doing just progesterone after O, resulted in pg, but it was a blighted ovum. Did 3 rounds clomid, last one with estrogen cd 8-12), all with progesterone after O, Cycle that worked was first cycle off clomid. Used Vitex (400mg's) until O, progesterone suppositories through end of first tri, Prenatals, calcium and a DHA supp, LDA, 200mg B6, 500 mcg B12, EPO for CM.
Cycles TTC another: 10 mos, 9 cycles. BFP on 9th cycle at 9 dpo.
EDD: 7/27/10

Next appointment: 2/3 (Quad screen), 2/10 (16 wk OB, and gender u/s)

Lost children and dates: 1st m/c-April'04 at 8 weeks gestation, 2nd loss~Megan Grace(Gracie),who was born to heaven on June 5,2007 at 18 weeks 3 days gestation(baby had fatal NTD~Anencephaly), 2nd m/c~Nov.'08 at 5 weeks 6 days gestation, 3rd m/c~May'09 at 5 weeks gestation, 4th m/c~August'09~4 weeks 3 days gestation. All m/c's were natural/at home.
Diagnosis: type 2 diabetes-Dec.15,2000,Hypothyroid and Pcos~March'04
Treatments and meds: While TTC I'm on 2,500 mg Metformin,30mg Actos,100 mg Clomid,4 mg rx Folic acid,150 mcg Synthriod and both long and short acting insulins and of course prenatals w/ omega 3's,daily baby aspirin. While pg~keep on current Metformin dose until 14 weeks gestation or choose to stay on,rx folic acid until 12 weeks,daily baby aspirin,short and long acting insulin shots(before meals and at bedtime) and Nature's Made prenatal multi +DHA
Cycles TTC another: 2 yrs.5 months,since we'd lost Gracie and 3 early m/c's in a row!

Diagnosis: Poor egg quality, low progesterone, fibroid, endometriosis, late ovulation Treatment and meds: 100mg clomid days 2-6, ovidrel trigger, endometrin 100mg 2x daily until 12 weeks, and baby asprin daily.
Cycles TTC another: 15 months, 3rd cycle after most recent m/c.
