Calling all mamas who suffer from SPD!

I think i have this, idk. . i started w/ my last pregnancy and seriously never went away. I mean obviously it wasnt bad after i had him, but i could notice it if i ran or walked too much.

This time around it started around 14 weeks and is getting worse by the week. I should mention it to my MW and see what she says. .

I have been swimming 1 or 2x a week and that feels great while you are in the water. . . and even afterwards i feel good. Also seeing a chiro. . but i havent asked him about the pelvic pain yet. . next time i will

I am going to some natural approach doctor who is supposed to be a specialist in dealing with this in pregnant women. I will update after my appointment. I sure hope she offers some help. At this point I believe I would swallow about any medication they deemed safe during pregnancy. Speaking of which what meds are you on starsmndmeofyou? my dr has me on fiorcet for my days when im not hurting real bad - and i take a precocet for the bad days- i dont like taking meds but i have to be able to function for my other two children as well as not cry out every time i shift my weight-

its not ideal but it helps

I wanted to add that I have a sleep number bed and that helps so much! lately ive been sleeping with my bed almost all the way hard - which seems to help surprisingly- i know that doesnt help alot of people but man in the begining i was desperate enough to try anything

I think I have it. I have just started going to a Chiro that is trained in Webster's technique. While it hasn't really helped the night groin/pelvic pain, it has certainly helped with being able to walk normally. I can walk on a treadmill now, instead of just the eliptical.
