Talking Questions about my new dipes :)

I got 8 pounds of fluffy mail today

I know what to do with my Flips and Smartipants but what do I do with my Flats and econobum inserts? This is the first time I have had to prep anything and I'm LOST LOL>

Wash/dry on hot about 6x, using detergent in each wash. Or, you can boil them (more work on your part, but uses less water/energy).

Re: Questions about my new dipes :)

What you could do, since they're not your only diapers, is just wash them once and use them for short periods during the day. After the first week or so, when they've been washed a few more times you can use them for longer periods. It will take a little bit for their absorbency to reach maximum, but you won't have to spend an entire day washing and re-washing a little load of laundry. Plus, you'll get to use your new diapers sooner!
