Ok , I made some chicken broth with lots of chicken chunks in it a few weeks ago and froze it . I really don't wanna make soup again , what else can I make with it ?

Chicken pot pie- thicken, add veggies, top with pie crust and bake

Chicken and dumplings- I make mine as soup , but I think some don't

Chicken over waffles
Hot chicken sandwiches- for either of these make your broth into gravy then ladle over the bread

use your broth for risotto with fresh broccoli and a little cheese

You could also cook the rice for Fried Rice in the broth and then add the chicken to the mix after you cool rice.

I was going to suggest risotto too. It's also great with asparagus and mushrooms! Yum.
