Chicken legs in crockpot?
I want to make chicken legs tonight but do not want to use the oven. Would it be better to boil them or put them in the crockpot for a few hours on high? And if in the crockpot, do I pour in some water/seasonings? I've always cooked pork tenderloin in the crockpot with about a cup of water.. just wondering if it's the same for chicken legs.
TIA

Re: Chicken legs in crockpot?
hmmmm....I always bake them so I dont know.
Right now I have whole chicken legs in the crockpot with some turkey italian sausage, salsa, tomato paste, and onion and stewed tomatoes. We're gonna eat it over spanish rice.... It sounded good.....
