Easy Guacamole

1-2 perfectly ripe Avocados (good luck with that!)
1-2 large red tomatoes

Peal and pit your avocados
Wash tomatoes
Cut, cube, and mush everything together (I used an electric food chopper).
Salt, pepper and add garlic if you like (I like garlic!)

Get your favorite corn chips and EAT! O - don't stop until it's gone!

Yummy! I LOVE guac.

In case anyone wants a variation:

2 ripe avocados
1/2 c. diced tomatoes (canned or fresh)
1 clove garlic, minced
juice from lime
fresh cilantro
salt
pepper

mash avocado. add diced tomatoes, garlic and mix together. add a little of lime juice and cilantro at a time until you get the combo you like (I used 1/2 lime and handful of cilantro). finish with a hint of salt and pepper. DROOL!!! then eat.

This is pretty much how I make my guac. Sometimes I add plain yogurt or sour cream to make it go farther. Also, I sometimes add lemon pepper instead of the pepper/salt that you mentioned.

If you like it spicey, try this:

avocado
tomato
onion
cilantro
jalapeno
salt
lime juice

We love hot stuff so we usually add at least 2 chopped jalapenos to our guac! Love it!

I use avocado, hot sauce, garlic, and onion.
