wow. that is all pretty bad abuse. making her drink hot tea to purposely hurt her and tugging on her hair like that and threatening to beat her....
i don't quite know what i'd do but it makes my heart break.

distance should have no effect on whether or not you call CPS. She is abusing her child. Plain and simple. Please call mama. Or at least don't just let this go.

yikes. it is scary to see little kids treated that way. why in the world is she having a second if she obviously isn't enjoying being a parent to the first?

Some people don't deserve to be parents. I don't even want to think about what goes on behind closed doors if that woman can be so outright horrible to her daughter in public.
