MY FAVORITE filling, yummy, healthy meal
I make this for myself a lot. It's easy and delicious and tastes like a splurge.
Low Calorie Chinese Stir-Fry Ingrediants: -frozen Asian style veggies (broccoli, sugar peas, carrots, water chesnuts etc) I buy these at Trader Joe's, but they also sell them at my local supermarket. -brown rice (optional) -chicken (precooked frozen chicken breasts work really well, I just quickly cut one up with kitchen shears into strips) or shrimp -fresh garlic -soy sauce -splenda -spicy chili sauce (it's bright red in a clear plastic bottle, they sell it at the supermarket) Spray a non-stick pan with cooking spray. Stir fry the chicken or shrimp until its done and set it aside. Stir-fry the veggies with lots of fresh garlic until they're done, then add the chicken or shrimp and rice if you want. Shake on soy sauce, sprinkle the splenda, add chili sauce to taste. This sauce tastes amazing! Sometimes stir-fry veggies come with a packet of sauce, but I don't use it. I like mine better, and I know whats in it! This all takes about 10 minutes. Just thought I'd share.
