Transferring to a new Ped-quest about transferring records

For DD's 15 month well-check I'm planning to take her to a new Ped. I'm contemplating requesting a copy of only her immunization record because to get a copy of her entire chart transferred would cost $35. Her chart would have only growth charts and a diagnosis/treatment of reflux.

If you've changed Dr's for your LO did you get the entire chart transferred or just get a copy of shot records transferred?

If your new ped request the records, it should be free. However, if you request them, there is a charge. I'd ask the new ped to request them.

My current ped's office charges $10 per record to be transferred or for copies.

Our previous pedi was going to charge us, but didn't when the new one requested them.
