How do you make your quesadillas?

NAK... We have celiac here so I use corn tortillas. A little oil in a pan on the stove, put tortilla in, add cheese and whatever leftover meat is in the fridge, top with another tortilla, flip, let cheese get melty, done.

mmmm i miss cheese... the non dairy stuff just isnt the same, lol

my favorite real dairy one is cheese, cilantro (if i have it) and satueed onions (and peppers too, if i have them) i liked salsa and sour cream mixed together to dip, and avocado slices too.

sometimes i put beans or chicken in but usually it was just cheese

we just use whatever leftovers... whatever meat--normally chicken or ground beef and sometimes none--whatever cheese we have (normally chedder) and if I dont have a lot of cheese I use some cream cheese spead on one side. rice, beans, corn, onions, peppers, avocado, salsa, etc. Also we do it a pan with evoo, my DH (when he is involved) loves to, after it's done, on the plate, use the bottom of the pan and seal it together even more--just make sure there's no cheese sticking out

These sound so yummy!!! We usually do refried beans and hamburger meat. So maybe we will also branch out and try different things. I needed something to make for dinner to night!

We do rotisserie chicken chunks, cheese, homemade salsa, cilantro & spinach - avocado & sour cream on the side. DS#1 like pickle relish instead of salsa!! No idea where he got that from!

I cook chicken or ground beef/turkey stovetop, and while that is cooking, I place a few tbsp olive oil with chopped garlic in it close by and let the heat blend the garlic flavor into the oil. Meanwhile, I add shredded cheese a little sour cream (or cream cheese), cumin, cayenne and cilantro into a dish and stir up. Then I brush the back of the tortillas with the olive oil blend and lay them on a baking sheet covered in parchment paper. The dish up up the cheese mix, add meat to those who want meat (DH and ODD) and bake for 12-15 minutes at 350.

corn tortillas go in the toaster oven 3 at a time with the optional cheese. then I add leftover beans or chicken and top with avocado slice or salsa for the lightest toast cycle. sometimes I dont do the last toast.

we usually eat them standing up, waiting for them to come out.

We usually do the refried beans and cheese, too but I went to a restaurant once where they had quesadillas with steamed spinach, tomatoe slices, artichokes and cheese...to die for and so simple!
