I do 10-15 in a small load. Cold rinse, hot wash (then cycles through warm and cold). I use 1/4 the amount of detergent recommended (Arm and Hammer Essentials, but I'm excited to try Charlie's soon!!!) Once a month I strip them all with Dawn dishwashing liquid. If I think they stink between (DH never thinks they do, but I'm sensitive), I use vinegar in the rinse.
