I'd like to get one, but I'm debating whether to go with the inflatable travel pillow ($20) or the regular foam pillow ($35). The inflatable seems to have the advantage of being less expensive, packable, cleanable, and easier to store when not being used.

Is there a reason I might like the regular foam MBF pillow more?

The Brest Friend did not fit my body type. It was way too high and too firm. My IBCLC recommended the Boston Billow. It has little beads that you can shape for the baby's body. Firm where you need to soften where you need to. www.bostonbillow.com It was 34 with a $5 mail in rebate. I really like mine so much more than the boppy and the brestfriend.

Thanks for sharing your opinion. Interesting... it looks like that pillow uses plastic beads inside?

Anyone else have an opinion on the My Brest Friend?
