Calgon allergy?

I've used calgon 2x now- the first time Bella had tiny a rash, and it got worse after the wash. I didn't think anything of it. Well, I used it today, Bella's little bottom was clear, and then after the clean dipes, very red. It looks like a contact rash to me, all bright red in her crack. My poor sweetie!
It's the calgon right? Has to be? So anyone have another solution for build up in my hard water and have you heard of other baby's being sensitive to it?
I just feel so bad I didn't realize the first time!

Re: Calgon allergy?

Run them through a hot wash hot rinse. The calgon may have started to release the detergent, but not rinsed it all free.

Good Luck!

Yes im thinking that you havent rinsed it out well enough.
Run it through a few HOT HOT washes again and make sure its all out. You can never rinse enough, if your in doubt, do another cycle.
