Fitness in Pregnancy

I'm the heaviest I've every been at the beginning of a pregnancy. I just took up a couch to 5K program and am going to keep at it until the exhaustion sets in. And eat healthy. With my last two pregnancies I kinda saw the first trimester as a time to indulge and I gained too much. This time I'd love to not gain much at all during the first trimester and save all that for later on.

Who all is planning on exercising through pregnancy?
