My Mood:
I've been thinking about wet pailing some diapers. I was thinking about putting some icicle an in there. Does it break down the fabric or PUL? I want something with a little antibacterial action but obviously don't want to ruin the diapers, either! What about a little bleach? My hunch is that would wear out the fabric too quickly.

Edit OXICLEAN, not icicle LOL

Re: Oxiclean

I would recommend Bac Out instead of Oxyclean or Bleach, it's gentler on fabric. We have wet-pailed night time inserts in it with no problems, but I don't wetpail any PUL.

Just curious why not the PUL? Is it bad for it?

I wouldn't want PUL/elastic soaking in enzymes/cleaners for an extended period for fear that they would break down faster. Using additives like that will void the warranty for some brands, too.
