Stretchy flats for NB

So, for those who have used stretchy flats on a newborn, do they hold in the poop better than regular flats? Iím wondering if I should get some more for the next baby. My first I only had cotton flats and they did not hold in the poop (or at least I wasnít good enough at folding on).

Also, how do T-shirt diapers compare? I havenít tried t-shirt flats yet, but Iím guessing you might be able to get a pretty good fit due to their being stretchy. Do they hold in poop well compared to birdseye flats? And how does the absorbency compare?

Re: Stretchy flats for NB

Stretchy flats are the absolute best diapers for newborns IMO. They contain very well. I have never used tee shirt diapers so I can't say about those.

It does take a while to get the hang of stretchy flats but it's worth it.
