Feeding My Toddler ??

I have a friend who feeds her kids a waffle and a banana for breakfast and a PB&J and some other type of fruit, usually strawberries or blueberries, for lunch.
Dinner is typically not an issue for us & in the morning I cut up fruits and veggies for our snacks. I want something simple and consistent like what my friend does, but my toddler won't cooperate & I'm not sure how healthy that is anyways. It would just put a lot of pressure on me to make a really healthy dinner. I also really don't want to have to spend a lot of time cooking or cleaning afterwards.

What do you feed your picky toddler for breakfast and lunch?
How much snacking do you allow?
Thanks for sharing!

Hungry Caterpillar is posting tips on this very subject right here in the Kitchen forum. Take a look. Her thread is called Toddler Meal Planning.
