I'm so jealous of all y'all who's 1 year olds diet eat very much cause of breastfeeding. By 1, my son was still breastfeeding like 8-12 times a day AND outeating his 3 year old brother. Seriously my kids have hollow legs! Now he's 1.5 and his brother is 3.5 and they can outeat me. And they're both skinny.

At a year old, my daughter was eating the same as me.
She did slow down after a few months. I just put a regular amount on her plate. If she eats it all, I put more. Toddlers self regulate, so I wanted her to be the one in charge of how much she ate.
