Head hurts when exerting myself

So the last 2 weeks often times when I pick up my 19 month old dd or groceries or the stroller my head will start throbbing at the back of my head/neck area. Not super painful just medium. Then it will come and go for a couple hrs. I have a Bp cuff and Bp is normal. What could this mean?

It makes my neck get all stiff and achy.

My midwife warned that this is one of the symptoms you would get if you don't drink enough water.

Good to know I will keep this in mind because with a toddler running around I am not nearly as good at drinking water as I was when preg with dd1.

Thanks for letting me know.

Try drinking more water.... if that doesn't help you may want to contact your partitioner.
