and also, if knowing this, and you did get the package but had not opened it, you COULD write "refused" on it and send it back. Paypal told me to do that on a package with a similar time line. After 3 weeks i told her not to even bother and to refund me, she didn't, shipped instead, and paypal said to just refuse it and award my money back
